Who we are
Petal Party runs flower workshops and makes custom arrangements in Tottenham Hale, London. You can contact us at hello@petalparty.co.uk.
What the forms collect and why
The workshop booking request asks for your name, mobile, email, group size, date, start time and location (with a postcode if it is at your venue). The custom arrangement form asks for your name, mobile, email, occasion, budget, date needed, delivery or collection (with a postcode for delivery) and, if you like, your favourite flower and colour.
We use these details only to reply to your request and arrange your booking or order. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
What happens when you send a form
Your details are emailed to us, and a copy is emailed to you, through our email provider, Resend. The website itself does not keep a copy. We keep the emails in our inbox for as long as we need them to handle your booking and our accounts, and then delete them.
To stop automated spam, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when you use a form. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare.
Cookies and analytics
We only use analytics if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you do, Google Analytics and PostHog record which pages are visited, where visitors came from (for example Instagram) and the type of device, so we can improve the site. They set cookies to recognise repeat visits. They never receive anything you type into our forms or calculator, and we do not record sessions or screens.
If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics load and no analytics cookies are set. The site works the same either way.
We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again. We also remember, for the current visit only, that you have seen the homepage animation. Neither is shared with anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them or to delete them, by emailing hello@petalparty.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
